FAQs

How do I access it?

After purchase just click the link! You'll also get an email too. After adding our maps, you can find them within your Google Maps in the Share tab (at the bottom). If you are having trouble accessing them, check to see if you used the same email at checkout as you do with your Google Maps account.

How do I turn it off?

Turn our maps on and off within Google Maps, go to Saved -> Maps (at bottom) -> Click on our map -> View map Legend -> Select --> Hit Back Arrow (top left). Heads up, the "Close (X)" button turns your map off as well. Just know this isn't a substitute for the back button.

Why is Google Maps acting funny?

The custom map feature of Google Maps can be limiting. Each rec comes with personal notes and should import photos from the bar. If the notes don't show, click off the icon and back on it. If the photos don't show, you can just search the bar as you normally would!

What's your refund policy?
